Immunization Schedule (0–5 Years)

First Year Vaccination Plan

  • At Birth: BCG, Hepatitis B-1, OPV
  • 4–6 Weeks: Hepatitis B-2
  • 6–8 Weeks: IPV1, DTaP/DTwP1 + Hib1, Pneumococcal-1, Rotavirus-1
  • 10–12 Weeks: IPV2, DTaP/DTwP2 + Hib2, Pneumococcal-2
  • 12–14 Weeks: Rotavirus-2
  • 14–16 Weeks: IPV3, DTaP/DTwP3 + Hib3, Pneumococcal-3
  • 6 Months: Hepatitis B-3 + OPV
  • 6–8 Months: Flu Vaccine
  • 9 Months: Measles/MMR
  • 1 Year: Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine

Vaccines in Second Year

  • 15 Months: MMR, Chickenpox (Varicella)
  • 15–18 Months: Pneumococcal Booster, IPV + DTaP/DTwP/Hib Booster
  • 18–19 Months: Hepatitis A (2 doses at 6-month interval)
  • Yearly: Flu Vaccine

Vaccines in 3rd & 4th Year

  • Annual Flu Vaccine
  • Typhoid Booster (if required)
  • Meningococcal Vaccine (after 2 years of age)

Vaccines at 4.5 – 5 Years

  • DTaP + IPV Booster
  • MMR Booster
  • Chickenpox Booster
  • Catch-up Vaccinations (if missed earlier)

  • Tetanus Vaccine: Every 5–10 years
  • Hepatitis B: 3-dose schedule
  • Typhoid Vaccine: Every 1–2 years
  • Hepatitis A: 2 doses
  • Pneumococcal Vaccine: Recommended after 55 years
  • Flu Vaccine: Annual vaccination (especially 50+ age group)
